Editorial. A selection of blog highlights from August is now available for those who are not (yet) Horse Hero 'blog addicts'! We challenge you to read them and not want more! You'll also find Horse Hero Guru's wise and witty responses to questions posed in the forum in August which are an astonishing mine of invaluable information on subjects including ear twitching, lumps under the saddle, canter changes, accident liability, liver damage, dangerous behaviour and loading problems. Click here.
Filming. Last week we visited Highclere Horse Trials to make a sports psychology video with 4* eventer Alex Peternell. Riding his own AP Uprising, we followed Alex through the competition and asked other competitors for their views on the subject, including WEG contenders Mark Todd, Sharon Hunt, Lucy Wiegersma and Sam Watson, plus we spoke to Zara Phillips. Coming next, more training with Laura Bechtolsheimer and the National Dressage Championships!
Guest Feature. If you ever think you have it tough attempting to realise your equestrian dreams, rest assured it's a breeze compared to blind Para' rider Nic Thompson. Nic is living her dream, despite all odds! Read her amazing story.
