Kitty Boggis's tips for trimming whiskers and ears

  • Don’t tie the horse up in case they pull back. It’s easier and safer to move with the horse if they move.
  • Use a headcollar and put the rope over the horse’s neck.
  • Small, quiet clippers are better for this job (as opposed to normal large clippers used to do the body of the horse).
