I just wanted to say that I have watched your loading video about 100 times (ok a slight exaggeration) as my pony would not load.
I gave myself the whole of the two weeks holiday to practice and win this one. Following your advice with only one additional helper in the form of a lead pony for the first two times Niav is now loading EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! I know its early days as this is only day 3 of the 10 repetitions but she is just amazing. I am calmer because I have strategies and she is more relaxed.
