hi, my 8yr old ish mare has been suffering with mudrash for about 6months now! With me being away for about 3months of this time, it was treated later on! I've found washing with hibi scrub and using aqueus cream seems to keep it away! But since shes a little on the fizzy side, she is hacked out most days to keep her sane and i'm struggling to keep ontop of the mudrash aswell! I have been looking at mud socks and turnout boots but i was wondering whether you could ride with them? And i was also looking at bandages or a brushing &over reach boot? I was wondering what people thought, advice v.welcomee!! :)

Hi Rosie

I suggest that you look at the video on mud fever on this site. I think you will find it useful and that it answers all of your questions.
