We don't normally publish video diaries on the Home Page as they are a little rough round the edges and quite different in style. However, Horse Hero's Fiona Price has been trying her hand at some filming recently. Though the camerawork needs a little polishing and Fiona isn't quite sure which way to zoom, she surprised herself and came up with this charming piece. Having interviewed leading competitors in the drivers' Grand Prix at Windsor Horse Show, Fiona was keen to find out more. Driving oracle Julian (and the handsome Olaf) duly obliged and took her for a spin round Badminton on a fabulous summer afternoon!

Fiona Price 12 Jul 2009 That's a lovely comment, thanks, and much appreciated. We probably will do a few more of these. My main concern was that they are not of the same production quality as our site videos because I am not experienced with a camera. Also, not being an equestrian celebrity, I don't want to take any limelight away from anyone who is, on the site! However, the shame is they are not viewed as much when they only appear in the video diary section of the site! Now that I have done a couple and enjoyed doing them, I think I have got over some of my nervousness. There are other great video diaries such as David Marlin's recent trip to South Africa that you'd enjoy!

slc2 12 Jul 2009 This is the best video I've ever seen here. It was so lovely I was actually tearing up. I think you're wrong about not having more of these. It was an absolute pleasure. Fiona has wonderful instincts about these things and a great feel for what people love.

julianrich 30 Jun 2009 I have to say that most car drivers are very good about meeting the horse and carriage, they slow down and give us space on the narrow roads. Not everyone does this sadly.
